Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many government records, but Emanuel County records are divided by court and record type. Clerk Kristin C. Hall's office keeps Superior, State, and Juvenile Court records. Probate Court handles marriage licenses, estates, guardianships, and vital-record functions. The Sheriff's Office maintains jail, booking, report, and local law-enforcement records. Municipal courts in Swainsboro, Twin City, and Adrian may handle city traffic citations. The goal is to sort those channels clearly so a reader can start with the office that actually maintains the file.
